|The San Francisco Youth Baseball League (SFYBL), a collaboration between SF Rec and Park and the SF Fire Department’s Flame Program. Divisions available for girls and boys ages 4-14. Team and player registration available.||JCCSF facilitates participation in the San Francisco Youth Baseball League. Teams focus on fundamental skill development, incremental growth of the baseball experience and ease of play. Kindergarten play T-Ball, first and second graders play coach-pitch using a safety ball, and third graders play coach-pitch using a hard ball.|
|Team Registration||Team Registration is where a coach or an adult team representative forms a team of players on their own and registers the team in person at a team registration session at the SF County Fair Building located in Golden Gate park just northwest of the 9th Ave/Lincoln entrance. Prior to the registration session, the team representative will need to:
- Collect payment from each player (fee structure outlined below)
- Collect a signed SFYBL Waiver form from each player.
- Enter player information into a roster form via Sports Signup (instructions on how to access Sports Signup will be provided at the mandatory coaches Q&A session on November 3th)
- Attend Coaches Q&A Session.
|JCCSF will form K-3rd grade teams to participate in the SF Recreation and Parks Department Youth Baseball League (SFYBL).
If your child is in Grades 4-6 and interested in kid-pitch baseball, please email Sheena Lister at email@example.com. If there is enough interest, JCCSF will field teams for this age. Games for this age group may take place on weekdays and weekends. |
