elementary school of the 21st century that reflects our vibrant local community.
We are guided by a shared vision and passion for educating children in ways that help them grow dynamically. While many schools focus on data, our focus is on providing students with a vigorous, interactive approach that engages their imagination and nourishes their curiosity, while providing the stimulation and tools to solve problems and think effectively. I have been fortunate to have witnessed and guided students in this exciting world of exploration and discovery for over 30 years.
At Alta Vista School, everyone is important, and we all contribute to make a difference in who we are and what we do. We are dedicated to fostering strong relationships between students, between student and teacher, and between family and school to drive the individualized process of teaching and learning.
Alta Vista School offers an exciting and innovative learning environment and a welcoming community. I invite you to explore and learn more about us not just on this website, but by visiting with me, our teachers, and the families who have come together to form this amazing community school.
